Who he was

Navjot Singh didn’t grow up with a gym membership or a fitness mentor. He started from zero — working delivery, no head start, no blueprint, no one telling him what to do. Just one question that wouldn’t leave him alone: why do some people transform, and others keep trying without ever changing?

The journey wasn’t clean. There were months of frustration, training hard with nothing to show for it, mental walls that felt impossible to break. He felt every one of those blocks personally — not as a coach watching from the outside, but as someone who lived it. And instead of pretending they didn’t exist, he studied them. Because that’s where the real work was hiding.
